Interlock Definition:
An interlock involves teams from different Little League leagues participating in games together, creating a broader competition pool. These interlock games are generally governed by the official Little League baseball and softball rules. While the official rules are the foundation, interlocks can establish additional rules to clarify or enhance the official rules, but they cannot replace them.
