Kent Little League believes that every child should have the chance to experience Little League, regardless of their financial or personal situation. Little League partners with T-Mobile and Dicks Sporting Goods for Grant Programs to help cover registration fees for families in need.  Lastly, Kent Little League offers a financial scholarship program to cover the gaps in those grant programs ensuring the Little League experience for everyone.

The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program can help cover registration fees for Little League families in need. Financially challenged families in communities across the country who can present current eligibility in a Free/Reduced Lunch program, SNAP, WIC, Foster Child Paperwork, or enrollment in Medicaid or State Health Plans are eligible to receive a T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant, so long as funding is available. The program offers a simple-to-use application to get and keep children on the field. If families have already paid and registered, they should work with their league to have their initial payment reimbursed.

DICK'S Sporting Goods and The DICK'S Sporting Goods Foundation believe in the transformative power of sport to change lives. But not all kids have access to sport because of the cost of registration fees. That is why DICK'S partnered with Every Kid Sports to help provide registration fee support to families that qualify. Parents or guardians can apply for assistance at SportsMatters

At no time should payment of any fee be a prerequisite for participation in the Little League program, and it is important to ensure that every child has the opportunity to be a part of the program.
